JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Source, develop and execute sales transactions. Conduct presentations on market updates and service offering Identify and develop client database Secure written instructions to act on behalf of owners Demonstrate the ability to analyze the value of a property transaction to the client Demonstrate team spirit and work as a team. Communicate effectively within your team and the company Assist in negotiating sales contracts Build the volume of sales business Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences. Consult with clients after sales or contract signings in order to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support. Prepare and process reports, correspondence, market analysis and other written documents Maintain high levels of client satisfaction. Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests. Confer with the management to determine if transactions are handled in accordance with the UAE rules and governing regulations Manage clients effectively, professionally and ethically Liaise with other real estate agents as required Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales
Sale Target
To sell AED 1,000,000 of property each month in Dubai Lagoon Zone 1 or Schon Business Park.
Sale Incentive:
2.5% of sale value paid as internal commission, no salary
