The property is 90 year leasehold, commencing from 1st March 2005. All apartments are ownership sub-leasehold title. All clients are eligible for family residence visa, subject to UAE immigration rules and regulations.

The property can be transferred after the payment of 15%. A transfer fee of 2% will be charged for each transfer.

What will the maintenance charges be?
Fees have not been set but will be in line with the market. We will strive to ensure that the value for money proposition afforded by the apartments is not diluted by high maintenance fees. The maintenance fee calculation will be transparent and open for viewing by owners.
