- 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in aggressive Collections / Recovery by managing high net worth individual clients from the property market. - Preferably with explicit knowledge in sales and the current market trends in the UAE. - Proven collection achievements
Languages :
Excellent written and spoken Iranian and/ or Russian. Bilinguals are an added advantage
Skills :
• Experienced Negotiator with knowledge about Dubai Real Estate Market • Team player with excellent communication skills. • Excellent computer (MS Office) and telephone skills. • Knowledge of the Real Estate Laws of Dubai would be an advantage
JOB DESCRIPTION:
I. CLIENT RELATION FUNCTION
1. Providing high quality customer service in an efficient manner which includes management of escalated interactions. 2. Follow up with customers within a 24 hour period in regards to the initial enquiry. 3. Interacting with customers directly and indirectly to resolve queries and grievances ensuring customer satisfaction. 4. Providing transparent updates daily to clients on the construction activities happening onsite. 5. Administrative works in relation to client service. 6. To serve as the single point of contact for the client to service all the needs pertaining to the investment. 7. Maintain organizational confidentiality & conduct self in a professional and polite manner. 8. Ensure delivery of high quality customer service by participating in initial, ongoing and other instructional training programs.
