JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and verify daily reports

• Prepare daily income/sales and prepare daily journal entry

• Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules

• Responsible for receiving payments from clients, issuing receipts. 

• Preparing daily collection report maintaining imprest cash for office expenditure and maintaining records 

• Attending to client queries regarding their account status. 

• knowledge of oracle 

• Assist in all areas of operation as requested by management.
