Schön Properties wins 2 CNBC Awards for Best Projects Dubai, UAE, October 7, 2009; The CNBC Arabian Commercial Property Awards 2009 revealed Schon Properties as the winners of two awards this year for the Best Mixed Use and Best Office Development categories. The accolades have been presented to Schon Properties for their two major developments Dubai Lagoon and Schon Business Park respectively.
