Schön Properties sells property worth over AED 150M at the Dubai International Property Show
Dubai, 19 February, 2008 - Schön Properties has achieved yet another sales milestone following its participation at the Dubai International Property Show. An emerging dominant player in the industry, the property firm registered sales in excess of AED 150 Millionat the three day real estate exhibition.
Coming into the exhibition, Schön Properties has generated sales over AED 1 billion, barely eight months after its launch, coming from a robust pre-selling of its Dubai Lagoon property, as well as its Schön Business Park development.
“The response from guests at the exhibition was nothing short of remarkable. We showed visitors a glimpse of our expanding portfolio of projects, including two of the most sought-after projects in the market - Dubai Lagoon and Schön Business Park, they responded overwhelmingly resulting in an another sales milestone for the company,” said Danial Husain, Vice-President, Schön Properties.
“We are extremely pleased with the results, while at the same time we remain focused on our commitment to investors, and that is to deliver the projects on time, and in accordance with the highest and most stringent of quality standards. We are on schedule as far as target delivery dates are concerned, and are even now about to launch another market-responsive development that will further enhance our portfolio,” Husain ended.
