Job Description
 
Human Resource Functions:
 
  • Interpret policies and procedures of the company to the employees
  • Create employee files and ensure that all documents are in order
  • Record employee information such as personal data, compensation and benefits
  • Coordinate employee confirmation and performance reviews
  • Coordinate the visa process with PRO for new visa process and renewals
  • Update employee files to document personnel actions
  • Compile data from personnel records and prepares reports as required
  • Enter personnel information of staff in Human Resources Management System and upload / record the Key Performance Indicators after approval from department head
  • Coordinate the training programmes for staff

 Administration & Operations
 
  • Answer / Screen incoming calls and correspondence and responds independently when possible
  • Act as custodian of corporate HR documents and records
  • Create and maintain database and spreadsheet files
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records and reports
